Phase I Completed November 2007
Completed with Zero Defects, Phase I included ground-up construction of a 155,000-sq.-ft. Tier III data center with 40,000 sq. ft. of raised floor at 150 watts/sf density. The iso parallel electrical design is only the second of its kind commissioned in the world.
